Vladimir Stolin

 Chairman of the Boards of Ecopsy Consulting and Mainstream Consulting

Vladimir Stolin is one of the most prominent Russian figures in the field of psychological consulting and training today. As well as holding the chairmanship of Ecopsy and Mainstream, he has much involvement as a board member with Pharmacy Chain 36.6 and EuroChem open joint-stock companies and is committed to a range of high level international business associations. In 2005-2007 he was a board member, the Chairman for the Remuneration and Appointment Committee and the Chairman of the Board with the MDM-Bank.  He is a Doctor of Psychology, Professor. For more than 25 years he was active on academic field investigations and on teaching at the Lomonosov Moscow State University.  At the beginning of the 90’s he served as a consultant with RHR International (USA).

As a respected psychology innovator, Mr. Stolin holds  3 monographs, has contributed more than 200  publications on psychology, management and organizational behavior to different academic journals and popular magazines, and is a frequent speaker on such issues of HR management as motivation, assessment, and management development.

Since 1989 Vladimir Stolin has started his own consulting business, founding the Ecopsy Consulting company. For more than 18 years, Stolin’s vision and passion have been integral to Ecopsy’s success, building the company from a small start up to one of the largest, most recognized HR consulting companies in Russia. Today, as Chairman of the Board and shareholder, he leads Ecopsy’s team for further development.

A respected and inspiring psychology leader, Vladimir was instrumental in developing some of the most pioneering HR technologies, which allowed his talented team to implement tens of the largest consulting projects in many Russian and transnational holding companies.  He was one of the first in Russia to set up  a psychological consulting centre and the first in Moscow to set up a professional training company.

In 2004 Vladimir founded the Mainstream Consulting company being the first Russian chain training company.

He is currently listed in «Who’sWho in Russia» and «Who’sWho in the World» .
